Anthony B. Lash - Chairman
Tony Lash began his entrepreneurial career when he left IBM and founded TIL Systems Limited in 1974, a company that designed the first electronic terminal for the Toronto Stock Exchange's CATS (Computer Assisted Trading System) project and pioneered with Bell in the initial stages of its Datapac X.25 network. Since selling his interest in TIL Systems in 1992, the Lashes have worked together, initiating a number of environmental and marine safety projects. Tony is co-founder of Beacon Wireless Solutions Inc.

David Lash - President & CEO
David has a number of years of PC and sales experience in data communications and wireless technology with companies such as TIL Systems Limited and Motorola Canada. He is also a Founder and President of Solid Tire Recovery Inc., which owns a patented recycling process. In 1998, David co-founded Beacon Wireless Solutions Inc. and its subsidiaries, Harborstore Incorporated and Beacon Marine Security Limited. David is an avid fisherman and boater.

Paula Thompson - VP, Marketing & Communications
Paula recently worked on the start up of a dot com. Prior to that, she was Director of Communications at Bell ExpressVu, Canada's leading satellite TV company, where she was responsible for external and internal communications and managed marketing and communications activities associated with the company's launch in September, 1997 and beyond. A communications expert, Paula was a consultant for Canada's leading Public Relations firm for several years prior to joining Bell ExpressVu.

Marion Lash - Secretary-Treasurer
From its inception until 1989, Marion was responsible for all administrative, legal, corporate and financial functions of TIL Systems Limited. She is Secretary-Treasurer of Solid Tire Recovery Incorporated and Beacon Wireless Solutions Inc.
